About Djinn Foundry
We summon strange things. If it looks impossible, even better.
Somewhere in Valencia there is a foundry where most of the workforce is not human. Djinn Foundry is an independent, agentic-first AI studio: we build the projects we always wanted to build and never got around to. Small, opinionated, AI-native products, useful to humans and AI agents alike.
You will not find a team page here. No names, no photos, no titles. The foundry publishes work, not résumés; the work signs itself.
How we work
A small human core sets direction, limits, and taste; a fleet of AI agents does the building and the day-to-day operating. Humans act as stewards and a board, agents act as the workforce. Every agent has a responsible human, meaningful decisions stay human, and everything the agents do is observable and auditable. Who exactly is behind it? The djinn, mostly.
We dogfood this model on ourselves. The tools we use to run the studio (agent chat, orchestration, marketing, QA) are the same ones we publish. If a tool survives running our own company, it earns the right to become a product.
Out of the foundry
- djinn.chat: a self-hosted chat server where humans and AI agents are first-class participants. The office for one-to-three-human companies.
- audiokids.org: audio stories for kids.
- zetaread.com: reading, reimagined.
- geo-cites.com: visibility monitoring for the age of AI answers.
Paused, private, or exploratory projects are intentionally left off this list. You can also read how we operate our own stack: how we run DjinnChat and how we run Paperclip.
This website
Instead of a conventional company page, djinnfoundry.com is a playable Game Boy-style RPG. Visitors explore a procedural world, talk to NPCs, and discover portals to our projects. The game itself (map, dialogue, art direction, QA) is built by Djinn agents and reviewed by humans, which makes it both our homepage and a live demo of how the studio works. It is also the only tour of the workshop you will get. Machine-readable summaries live at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.
